Another day at work, continuing to work on raw data processing. Today I realise the depth was only defined to the nearest 0.1 ft and when it jumped to the next 0.1 ft the rate of progress was only being applied to that 10 second period. I have developed an algorithm to average it instead. Finally getting some reasonable values.We headed off to Rudy's BBQ for lunch - 6 of us again. This is in a truck stop but was surprisingly busy even at 11-30. A big queue before we got to the counter. Food is served on squares of grease proof paper rather than plates. I had a stuffed potato.
For dinner tonight I wondered across the road to a bar in what looks like a big pink tin shed. There is a sign I see all the time that Wednesday is steak night and one of the girls at the office also mentioned it. They just have a BBQ going but the steaks were OK and again I had a stuffed potato and some salad.There's a funny commercial on for some mini burgers at one of the fast food places.
